Note to interested attendees:
  • Attendees should have a firm foundation of carbine shooting skills coming into class. The emphasis of class is on integration of night vision equipment into existing performance shooting and weapon handling.
  • Round counts may vary, extra ammo won’t hurt. If time allows, we will make use of it.
Student required equipment:
  • Carbine with daytime optic (Red Dot preferred, LPVO acceptable), IR laser & illuminator, and sling
  • Minimum three 30 round magazines
  • Handheld white light
  • Helmet with NVG shroud
  • Helmet mountable night vision with all necessary mounts and adapters
  • Eye and ear protection compatible with helmet
  • 300 rounds of carbine ammo
  • Food and hydration to support self during class
  • Appropriate range clothing

About SERD

Welcome to Southeast Range Day, the premier 2-day training event in the Southeast.  Our goal is to both make you a more proficient shooter, and allow you to connect with like-minded individuals. Featuring one of the best cadre of trainers ever assembled in the South, we are an event for shooters, put on by shooters.

The 2-day event will take place Friday, May 10 – Saturday, May 11, 2024 at the Arena Training Facility in Blakely, GA. Full cadre on instructors are listed below.  The cost of the event is just $650, which includes two catered meals, an event t-shirt, and some other goodies!
